Brown Sugar, Flour (Wheat), Mascarpone (Milk) (Cream, Thickeners (1442,407), Food Acid (330).), Egg, Banana, Dates, Water, Butter (Milk) (Cream, Cultures), Fresh Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Vanilla Bean, Baking Powder (Wheat) (Mineral Salts (339,341,450,500), Wheaten Corn Flour), Baking Soda, Salt.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted.

Reheat in Oven

1. Preheat oven to 120°C and remove foil tray from vacuum pouch. 

2. If Defrosted, heat for 7 minutes, uncovered, until hot. 

3. If Frozen, heat for 10 minutes, uncovered, until hot.   

4. Microwave the Caramel Sauce for 20 seconds, as your Pudding is ready, pour the Caramel Sauce on top.

5. Carefully remove tray from oven as it will be hot. 

6. Serve & enjoy!
