Ingredients

Beef, Beef Stock (Water, Beef, Carrots, Celery, Cabbage, Onions, Parsley, Pepper, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Glucose, Food Colour (Caramel I), Cloves.), Red Wine, Pancetta (Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Wine, Vitamin C, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate, Starter Culture.), Carrot, Onion, Mushrooms, Grapeseed Oil.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted.

Reheat in Hot Water

  1. Bring a suitably sized pot water to the boil and turn down to a simmer once boiling.
  2. If Defrosted, carefully place the tray into the pot of simmering water (The tray is safe to submerge in the water), for 10-12 minutes, until hot.
  3. If Frozen, carefully place the tray into the pot of simmering water (The tray is safe to submerge in the water), for 12-15 minutes, until hot.
  4. Serve & enjoy!


Reheat in Microwave

  1. If Defrosted, place the tray in the microwave, and heat for approximately 6 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, place the tray in the microwave, and heat for approximately 12 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
