Anna's culinary journey began at The Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne, where she earned acclaim as the "Best Apprentice in Victoria," leading to a prestigious scholarship to continue her career globally. In London, she honed her craft at Claridge's Hotel under the mentorship of renowned pastry chefs Julie Sharp and Nick Paterson, earning accolades including the Nadell Trophy and the Culinary Academy Award of Excellence.
Returning to Australia as Creative Director of Pastry at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, Anna spearheaded a patisserie revolution, introducing innovative dessert degustations that put the hotel on the culinary map.
Anna is a regular TV presenter and host on Australian networks, appearing on Family Food Fight, MasterChef Australia, Everyday Gourmet and Studio Ten. She has penned two cookbooks: "Sweet Street" (2018) and "Kids' Corner" (2019), both met with rave reviews.
In 2023, Anna joined Providoor, infusing her creative genius into the dessert menu with bold, imaginative creations that reflect her signature style.
