How do I sign up for the Providoor Rewards Program?
To join, simply create an account on the Providoor website and opt-in to the loyalty program. Membership is free, and no initial purchase is required.
How do I earn points?
Earn Points: You'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases at Providoor. Points will be credited to your account once your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Special Offers: You can also earn points through special promotions, completing tasks, and more!
Earning Points Breakdown:
- Profile Completion: 50 points
- Refer a Friend: 1000 points
- Follow Us On Instagram: 25 points
- Follow Us On Facebook: 25 points
- Birthday Reward: 500 points
- Account Anniversary: 500 points
Please note: We reserve the right to adjust the point-earning structure, including the rate at which points are earned, at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
How can I redeem my points?
To redeem points, simply log in to your Providoor account and apply your points during checkout.
Redemption Rate:
Every 500 points = $10
Note: Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency. Providoor reserves the right to modify the points required for specific rewards at any time, at our discretion.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire 24 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified. Be sure to use your points before they expire to get the most out of the program!
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance and transaction history by logging into your Providoor account. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
You can earn 1000 points every time you refer a friend, and they place an order over $100. Simply share your unique referral link with your friends. When they make a qualifying purchase, you’ll automatically earn your points.
Will points be awarded for past purchases?
Yes! To show our appreciation, we will honor all purchase points from July 1st, 2024. If you’ve made purchases since then, your points will be credited to your account once you sign up for the program.
