2. Cancellation policy: Customers can cancel their orders within a limited time frame, before the order has been dispatched to customer. Should a cancellation be needed, please reach out directly to the Customer Service Team.

4. Liability: The website is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by customers due to the actions or inactions of restaurants or third-party service providers.

5. Intellectual property: The website owns the intellectual property rights to its content, and customers are not authorized to use or distribute such material without prior permission.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction: The terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the respective jurisdiction and any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Discount and Promotion Exclusions on Bundled Products: Our website offers a variety of bundled products, which are combinations of different food items offered at a discounted rate, providing exceptional value and savings compared to purchasing each item separately. Due to the already discounted nature of these bundles, we regret to inform our customers that additional promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of bundled products or already discounted products. We carefully curate these bundles to maximise customer satisfaction and value, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of these specially priced offerings as they are.

Winners must be within our available delivery areas, within Australia. 

2. How to enter: Enter required details during the promotional period.

3. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner/s of Providoor run giveaways, promotions and competitions will be decided by a third party random selector using the entrants details. The winners may be contacted by a Providoor employee via email, phone or social media.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: Providoor, and affiliated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in competitions, giveaways or promotions. 

5. Modification of Terms: Providoor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of competitions, giveaways and promotions at any time, with or without notice.

6. Privacy clause: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Personal data collected as part of competitions, giveaways and promotions will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, giveaway or promotion, contacting winners and supplying future promotional marketing material. It appears that your voucher belongs to the old Providoor, which, unfortunately, is not us. :(

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
