Their story
Anna Polyviou is a pastry chef and television personality known for expressive desserts and an energetic approach to teaching. Her training began at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, followed by work at Claridge’s in London and Pierre Hermé in Paris. Her career has also included pastry leadership at Shangri-La Sydney and appearances on MasterChef Australia and Dessert Masters.
Work beyond Providoor
Anna continues to share her pastry skills through demonstrations and education. In May 2026, she visited Newington College for a student Q&A and cooking masterclass, sharing her Greek Cypriot heritage and approach to a career in hospitality.
