Description
Not just mashed potato. Pomme purée is a cloud of buttery, silky-smooth potato passed through a fine sieve and enriched with generous amounts of butter and cream — the side dish that elevates everything it touches.
Made with just four ingredients — potato, butter, fresh cream and salt — the result is a restaurant-quality texture you simply can't rush at home. No peeling, no boiling, no mashing, and no gadgets on the bench. It's vegetarian and gluten free, and kids love it as much as adults do.
Spoon it alongside George Calombaris' 12-hour lamb shoulder, use it to soak up a rich braise, or build a full roast dinner by adding a jug of red wine gravy. Serves 2. Net weight 350g.
To serve, defrost in the fridge, then reheat gently on the stove, stirring occasionally. It's the quickest route to a side that tastes like it came out of a French kitchen. Chef-made and flash-frozen, delivered across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
