Cooking Instructions
1. Stove Top
Season a large pot of boiling water generously with salt.
Drop pasta into the water and gently stir to separate the strands. Return to the boil and cook for 1–1.5 minutes, or until just tender. Drain immediately and toss through your preferred sauce.
Do not overcook, as fresh pasta cooks quickly.
*Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.
