Succulent grass-fed lamb meets Middle Eastern flavours of cumin and sumac in Gary Mehigan's Lamb Kofta. These tender koftas are simmered in a rich tomato sugo, offering an aromatic and hearty dish that we suggest pairing with couscous or flatbread, for an indulgent meal with a Mediterranean twist.

Cooking Instructions

1. Oven

Preheat your oven to 160°C and place the meatballs into an oven-proof dish.

Defrosted: Heat for 15 minutes covered, then uncover and heat for an additional 10 minutes until hot.

Frozen: Heat for 25 minutes covered, then uncover and heat for an additional 15 minutes until hot.

Carefully remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.

2. Stove Top

Defrosted: Place the contents into a medium-sized pan on medium heat. Stir occasionally and cook for 10-12 minutes until heated through.

Frozen: Stir occasionally and cook for 20-25 minutes until heated through.

Serve and enjoy.

3. Microwave

Defrosted: Pierce the container 2-3 times and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Pierce the container 2-3 times and heat in the microwave for 10-12 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
