Preparation Time

12 to 22 minutes


Lamb, Crushed Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid), Tomato purée (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid,), Tomato, Spices, Basil, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted in simmering water.

Reheat in Simmering Water

  1. Place a suitably sized pot on the stove and bring to the boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer.
  2. If Defrosted, carefully place the tray into the simmering water (The tray is safe to submerge in water) and heat for 10-12 minutes, until hot.
  3. If Frozen, carefully place the tray into the simmering water and heat for 20-25 minutes, until hot.
  4. Serve & enjoy!

Reheat in Microwave

  1. If Defrosted, heat in microwave for 5 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, heat in microwave for 8 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!

Reheat in Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Ensure product has been Defrosted overnight, pour contents into an oven safe tray and heat for 15 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
