Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted.

Reheat in the Microwave

  1. If Defrosted, pierce a small hole in the top of the pouch, heat in the microwave for 4 - 6 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, pierce a small hole in the top of the pouch, heat in the microwave for 8 - 10 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!

Reheat on the Stove

  1. If Defrosted, pour the soup into a saucepan, on a low heat, heat for 6-8 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, bring a suitably sized pot of water to a gentle simmer, carefully place the Soup Pouch into the simmering water, for 10-12 minutes, until hot. Be careful when removing, as the water will be hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
