It is a ready-to-cook stir fry kit made for the midweek wok dinner, and it is ready in minutes. The sauce clings to every piece of pork, the vegetables keep their colour and bite, and the finish is the sticky, caramelised one you want from a proper stir fry. This kit is Dairy Free and Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions
Stove Top
Contains raw meat: Product must be fully cooked before eating. Do not microwave.
Defrost meal kit in fridge prior to cooking.
1) Pre-heat wok or frying pan.
2) Lightly oil the pan, add meat and stir-fry for approx. 2 minutes.
3)Add vegetables and continue stirring for a further 2 minutes until the vegetables are
cooked.
4)Shake the sauce sachet well, pour sauce into the pan and stir through and serve
