How do I order?
You can make payment via credit card on our website or by using ShopPay, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the website, and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to put in your postcode, this will tell you whether we deliver to your area, as well as the available delivery days and times for your postcode.

Are additional discounts applicable on bundled products?
We're glad to see your interest in our bundled products! These bundles are specially curated combinations of different food items, designed to offer exceptional value and savings. Given that these bundles are already offered at a discounted rate compared to purchasing each item separately, we regret to inform that additional promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to bundled products.
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not take returned items due to food health and safety reasons.
In the unfortunate event you need to request a refund, please reach out to us directly via our chatbot.
Reheating Disclaimer
Frozen food should be placed straight into the freezer and can be stored for up to 6 months.Â
When defrosting, place the meal in the refrigerator until fully thawed. Once thawed, your Providoor meal is ready to be heated and enjoyed. Alternatively, it can be safely stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.
Please note:
- Never refreeze thawed meals.
- Meals should only be heated once after being frozen.
Following these guidelines ensures both the quality and safety of your meal.
Delivery
Delivery Partner Guidelines
1. Customer Instructions
Customers must provide clear and concise delivery instructions, including a safe drop zone that does not require contact.
2. Safe Drop Zones Must Be:
Well-lit and easily accessible.
Free from obstructions.
Free of loose animals (drivers will not enter if dogs are present).
3. Rural Deliveries
Drivers use discretion for unpaved, steep, long, or dimly lit driveways.
If the house is not visible from the road, the parcel will be left at the safest roadside spot.
4. Customer Contact
Customer contact is not guaranteed, especially for night-time deliveries.
Customers should rely on automated SMS notifications instead of expecting a call from the driver.
5. Business Deliveries
Should be scheduled during daytime for better access.
Ensure the business name is in a separate field from the address.
6. Default Drop Spots
Front door is the default delivery spot.
Alternative locations can be accommodated but remain at the driver’s discretion.
7. Overnight Deliveries
Homes/Townhouses: Delivered to the front/unit door (not back doors).
Apartments: If accessible, delivered to the unit door; if secure, left under the intercom.
8. Daytime Deliveries
Drivers will attempt to buzz once.
Apartments: If accessible, delivered to unit door; otherwise, left under the intercom.
9. Driver Limitations
Drivers will not enter properties, open garage doors, or place items inside.
Drivers will not open boxes or remove items.
Items will not be dropped over fences, especially high or solid fences.
10. Delivery windows
Delivery times are not guaranteed; tracking details will be provided 24 hours before delivery.
Deliveries can occur at any time within the selected delivery window, and specific times cannot be requested. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can receive their delivery.

How does delivery work?
Our aspiration is to cover 95% of Australian consumers by the end of 2024. Providoor will be initially available in greater Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We will update registered customers regularly as we expand our reach and are able to serve new areas.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, our delivery fee is a flat fee of $19 per order. Delivery is free for orders with a value above $200.
NSW Delivery Days & Service Area
In New South Wales, Providoor offers a flexible delivery schedule to accommodate your needs:
Sydney Metro: Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
Blue Mountains: Deliveries are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
Central Coast and Newcastle: Deliveries are available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Wollongong Coast: We service this area on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
We are constantly expanding our delivery areas throughout regional and greater NSW. Please keep an eye on our website for updates .

VIC Delivery Days & Service Area
In Victoria, Providoor ensures that your delivery needs are met with a wide range of options throughout the week:
Melbourne Metro / Metro Inner: Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday.
Ballarat / Bendigo and Geelong: We deliver on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Mornington Peninsula: Our services extend through Monday to Friday.
Outer Melbourne East: Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday.
Outer Melbourne North: Deliveries are available on Wednesday and Friday.
We will need a bit of lead time for your order to be individually packed and delivered. For example, for a Friday delivery, the order needs to be with us by 8am the Tuesday before.
