Traditional Italian lasagne with layers of fresh pasta & slow cooked veal & pork ragu.

Ingredients

Milk, Tomato purée (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid), Pasta (Wheat Flour, Egg), Beef, Bocconcini (Buffalo Milk, Salt, Food Acid (330), Cows Milk Starter Culture, Rennet (Non Animal).), Pork Mince, Parmesan Cheese (Contains Milk & Egg), Red Wine, Onion, Chicken Liver, Olive Oil, Butter (Contains (Milk)), Flour (Wheat), Celery Cooked, Carrot, Salt, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Reheat in Oven: 

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and remove foil tray from vacuum pouch. 

2. If defrosted, heat for 15-20 minutes, covered. Remove the lid and heat for a further 10-15 minutes uncovered. 

3. If frozen, heat for 30-45 minutes, covered. Remove the lid and heat for a further 10-15 minutes uncovered. 

4. Carefully remove tray from oven as it will be hot. 

5. Serve and enjoy!
