Make space before your order arrives and decide which meal you will use first. A simple freezer list is more useful than assuming one box will cover a fixed number of dinners.
Before delivery
Check the delivery address, available date and who will receive the order. Clear enough freezer space for the packs you selected. Review the delivery information for your postcode.
When the order arrives
Check the packs and follow their storage directions promptly. If something appears damaged or you have concerns about the condition of the food, contact Providoor before using it. Keep labels and date information with the food.
Organise by the meals you will use
Place the meals you plan to use first where they are easy to find. Note the number of servings, any separate sides and the preparation method. Use the pack’s best-before and storage instructions to guide rotation.
Plan refrigerator defrosting
Allow each dish to defrost in the refrigerator before use for best results, unless its directions specify cooking from frozen. Do not use water immersion. Follow any no-refreezing instruction on the pack.
Prepare each component correctly
Use the preparation guide to find dish-specific help. For your next order, use the weekly planning routine and current menu.
