When Providoor may not suit your plans
Your address is outside the delivery area. Start with the delivery checker. Eligibility depends on the postcode, including within NSW, VIC and QLD.
You need food before the next available delivery. Check the available dates first, and allow time for defrosting and the dish's preparation. Do not assume an order can arrive the same day or that every product cooks directly from frozen.
You do not have freezer space. Check the number and size of the packs you plan to order before they arrive. There is no single shelf-size estimate that fits every freezer or selection.
The total does not fit your budget. Compare the complete meal cost with your other options, including cooking at home. A low per-serve figure on one product does not necessarily include pasta, sides or delivery.

Decide which sides or accompaniments you want, then add the applicable delivery charge. Standard delivery is $14.95 in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro zones. Free delivery starts at $179 for Sydney metro and $199 for other eligible delivery areas; regional charges vary by postcode.
The minimum food order is $80 after discounts, excluding delivery. For example, a $40 discount requires at least $120 of food before the discount. This minimum helps us keep delivery costs down for customers. Check delivery information for your address before ordering.
What you are buying
The current menu includes prepared mains, soups, sauces, sides, desserts and dishes to finish or cook at home. You can choose around a shared meal, several nights at home or an occasion.
Not everything is reheat-only. For example, the Sticky Sweet and Sour Pork Stir Fry Kit contains raw meat and must be fully cooked using its instructions. Oven dishes such as porchetta have several heating stages. Include the full method in your preparation plan.
Defrost in the refrigerator before use for best results, unless the specific product directs cooking from frozen. Never submerge food or its packaging in water to defrost or reheat. Look at feedback on the dish you are considering rather than relying only on an overall rating. Read recent comments, the number of reviews shown and what customers say about flavour, portions and preparation. Then compare that feedback with the current product description and instructions, because products and packaging can change.
