A classic cheeseburger, reimagined in one baked bite — the flavour everyone recognises before they have finished chewing. Golden buttery pastry folds into a half-moon around seasoned beef, molten cheese, sharp pickles and a rich, nostalgic burger sauce: crisp flaky pastry outside, juicy indulgent filling within.

This is the perfect party starter, the one that gets picked up first and asked about second — a familiar flavour done properly. Contains 6 pieces, which is enough to send a plate around the room and watch it come back empty, and enough to win over the guests who are wary of anything too refined.

For a platter with range, set them beside the more formal mini beef Wellingtons, or work through the full entrées and party food range and build a finger food menu that covers every appetite in the room.

Chef-made and flash-frozen, delivered across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, ready to heat and serve when the guests arrive.

Cooking Instructions

1. Oven

Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
Place Pasties in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and heated through.

For best results, increase heat to 200°C for the final 2 minutes to crisp.

Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.

*Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
