    Providoor's Brown Butter Spinach & Cream is a rich, silky pasta sauce that turns a simple bowl of pasta into something deeply comforting. Tender spinach is folded through a luxurious cream sauce, with nutty brown butter (beurre noisette) adding warmth, depth and a beautifully savoury finish.

    This is no ordinary creamed spinach. The brown butter brings a toasted, almost caramelised richness that lifts it well beyond the familiar, while the cream gives the sauce body and softness — a restaurant-quality, vegetarian sauce that feels indulgent without being heavy.

    Toss it through fresh pasta, or serve it as a luxe side alongside steak, roast chicken or slow-cooked beef. Simply defrost in the fridge, then reheat gently — ready in minutes.

Sauce Heating Instructions

1. Empty the sauce into a sauce pan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

2. Add 2–4 tablespoons of reserved pasta water and stir until the sauce is smooth and silky.

3. Continue heating until warmed through.

4. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine before serving.

Stove Top

Pan Reheating Instructions (for best result defrost the product fully)

Place pasta and sauce in a non-stick pan

Add 4-6 tablespoons of water or stock Helps loosen the sauce and prevent sticking.

Heat over medium heat Stir gently and frequently to reheat evenly.

Cook for 4–6 minutes Until piping hot all the way through (75°C+ if checking).

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
