Anna Polyviou is a culinary visionary, known for her innovative approach and boundless creativity. As a creative director, she orchestrates unforgettable culinary experiences, inviting fans on a whimsical journey that encourages them to embrace the joy of food. With her dynamic personality and magnetic energy, Anna captivates audiences and consistently exceeds expectations, much like her vibrant hair.

Anna's culinary journey began at The Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne, where she earned acclaim as the "Best Apprentice in Victoria," leading to a prestigious scholarship to further her career globally. In London, she honed her craft at Claridge’s Hotel, under the mentorship of renowned pastry chefs Julie Sharp and Nick Paterson, earning accolades in various competitions including the Nadell Trophy and the Culinary Academy Award of Excellence.

Returning to Australia as the Creative Director of Pastry at the Shangri-La Hotel, Anna spearheaded a patisserie revolution, introducing innovative dessert activations and acclaimed dessert degustations that put the hotel on the culinary map. 

Anna's influence extends to television, where she is a regular presenter and host on Australian networks. She has showcased her culinary prowess on popular shows like Family Food Fight, MasterChef Australia, Everyday Gourmet, and Studio Ten.

A celebrated author, Anna has penned two vibrant cookbooks: "Sweet Street," released in May 2018, and "Kids’ Corner," launched in November 2019, both of which have been met with rave reviews and rapid sales. With her bold and dynamic approach to food, Anna Polyviou continues to inspire and delight audiences worldwide.

In 2023, Anna Polyviou joined the ranks, infusing her creative genius into the team. With her expertise, Providoor's menu blossomed with imaginative desserts and culinary delights, reflecting Anna's bold and innovative style, and adding a whimsical touch to Providoor's culinary repertoire.

It appears that your voucher belongs to the old Providoor, which, unfortunately, is not us. :(

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
