Effective Date:
[13/08/2024]

1. General

The Providoor Rewards Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered by Providoor Pty Ltd (“Providoor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to its customers (“Members”, “you”, or “your”) who sign up to participate.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Providoor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Employees of Providoor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. Enrollment

To participate in the Program, you must create an account on the Providoor website and opt-in to the loyalty program.

Membership in the Program is free, and no initial purchase is required.

4. Earning Points

Members will earn points for every eligible purchase made on the Providoor website. The standard rate is 1 point per $1 spent, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers.

Points will be credited to your account once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Points are earned on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied.

Points may also be earned through special promotions, surveys, or other activities as announced by Providoor from time to time.

We reserve the right to adjust the point-earning structure, including the rate at which points are earned, at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Members in advance through the Providoor website or via email.

5. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other rewards as specified on the Providoor Rewards page.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.

To redeem points, log in to your Providoor account and apply your points during checkout.

The value of points redeemed against an order will not count towards earning additional points.

Providoor reserves the right to modify the points required for redemption of specific rewards at any time, at our discretion.

6. Expiration of Points

Points will expire 24 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified.

Providoor reserves the right to cancel or deduct points if your account shows signs of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Account Management

You can view your point balance and transaction history by logging into your Providoor account.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date.

8. Modifications and Termination

Providoor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

If the Program is terminated, any remaining points in your account will be forfeited.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected through the Program is subject to Providoor’s Privacy Policy.

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to Providoor’s use of your information for the purposes of administering the Program and communicating with you about your membership.

10. Limitation of Liability

Providoor will not be liable for any damages or losses that arise from participation in the Program, including but not limited to the loss of points or the inability to redeem points due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

It appears that your voucher belongs to the old Providoor, which, unfortunately, is not us. :(

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.

Thank you again for your understanding and for being a part of Providoor’s journey. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality gourmet experiences, and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Warm regards,
The Providoor Team
