Beef cheek is the cut that repays patience more than any other. Worked slowly, it turns from tough to spoon-soft, and this rustic country classic is prepared sous vide in its own juices until it is meltingly tender. It is beef and nothing but beef — 100% cheek, with the sauce made from the rendered fat and juices of the meat itself.
That honesty is the whole point. The richness comes entirely from premium beef and a long, gentle cook rather than from anything added along the way, and cooking the cheeks in their own juices keeps them beautifully succulent rather than dry. All you do is season to taste, heat them through and serve.
Pile them onto pomme purée and finish with a ladle of red wine gravy for a bistro plate that looks like hours of work. It is quiet, confident cooking, and the sort of dish that makes an ordinary weeknight feel considered.
Chef-made and flash-frozen, delivered across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

I had the beef cheeks a few weeks ago, and I was impressed with the flavour profile—well-seasoned, depth of flavour…perfect winter warmer.
I had it with the honey-roasted root vegetables, and since then I've bought it twice. I also had it with the pasta carbonara sauce, which was delicious.

Sublime with the Duck Fat Potatoes!
Had these with the Duck Fat potatoes and also the honey roasted root vegetables and this was the perfect meal for a cold winters night. The flavours were amazing and the beef cheeks were so tender and falling apart. Only wish I had leftovers so that I could have had it as tacos the next night!

One of the best things I have ever eaten.
OMG, who knew beef cheeks could taste so good. The aroma filled my house and I was so lucky that I got to eat them both! The sort of dish you want more of the next day and I had it! I'm surprised that no-one has reviewed this yet. The sauce was plentiful, it was a thinner consistency than the photo, but the taste was sublime. Can't wait to order again. Please keep this on the menu.

It appears that your voucher belongs to the old Providoor, which, unfortunately, is not us. :(
We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.
This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
Thank you again for your understanding and for being a part of Providoor’s journey. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality gourmet experiences, and we look forward to serving you in the future.
Warm regards, The Providoor Team
