Anna is an award-winning pastry chef who trained at Pierre Herme in Paris and Claridge's in London. Her Sticky Date Pudding is the kind of dessert that ends a dinner party on a high note: generous, indulgent, and designed to share. The salted caramel cuts through the sweetness with just the right amount of depth.
Simply heat and serve with a dollop of mascarpone or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For best results, defrost fully in the fridge before reheating in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cooking Instructions
Oven
Preheat oven to 120°C.
Defrosted: Heat for 12 minutes.
Frozen: Heat uncovered for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy
Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.
This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
