Manu Feildel
Manu Feildel brings the heart of Provence to your plate with his Authentic Ratatouille. Rooted in his French heritage, this rustic vegetable medley reflects Manu’s love for honest, comforting food—elevated with his signature flair.
For best results, defrost overnight.
Pre-heat your oven to 160C and place ratatouille inside with
the lid on for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot.
Remove lid and bake a further 5 minutes.
If cooking from frozen, bake for 30-35 minutes at 160C, remove
lid and bake a further 5 minutes.
Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.
This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
