Indulge in the epitome of Greek culinary with George Calombaris' Greek Lamb Skewers. Expertly crafted from the finest lamb backstrap, these skewers are a harmonious blend of succulent meat, Bastourma XO, & a hint of spice from the chilli oil. Please note lamb skewers are delivered raw & must be cooked before consumption.

Ingredients

Lamb Back Strap, Tomato, Olive Oil, Chilli Oil (Soybean Oil, Chilli), Shallot, Bastourma (Beef, Salt, Sodium Nitrite (250), Spices, Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Food Acid (334,575)), Dried Scallop (Mollusc), Dried Shrimp (Crustacean), Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans (18%), Wheat, Salt.), Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Salt, Cinnamon.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

To ensure quality please Defrost the Lamb Skewers in a fridge overnight before heating.

Cooking in Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  3. Place the Skewers on the tray and cook for 12 minutes, until cooked, Turning once.

Cooking on BBQ Grill, or in a Pan.

  1. Spray your grill or pan, lightly with non-stick spray.
  2. Over a medium - high heat, cook the lamb skewers for approx 10 minutes, turning as required.
  3. Enjoy!

Please note, the Lamb Skewers are raw, and require cooking prior to consumption.
