Beef Stock (Water, Beef, Carrots, Celery, Cabbage, Onions, Parsley, Pepper, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Glucose, Food Colour (Caramel I), Cloves.), Onion, Red Wine, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Salt, Olive Oil, Pepper, Thyme.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted on the stove.

Reheat on Stove

  1. From Defrosted, pour the soup into a suitably sized pot, and starting on a low heat, gently heat until piping hot, approx 7-8 minutes.
  2. Serve & enjoy!

Reheat in Microwave

  1. If Defrosted, heat in microwave for 4 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, heat in microwave for 7 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
