His journey into the spotlight began early, with a background in circus performance before pursuing his passion for cooking. His rise to fame skyrocketed with his role as co-host of the long-running hit series "My Kitchen Rules" on Channel 7, which has spanned 14 successful seasons since its debut in 2010. He has presented and appeared in multiple shows since, including winning Dancing with the Stars, as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent, co-hosting Boys Weekend, and his own shows Around the World with Manu, My France and Manu’s US Roadtrip.
In 2023, during the relaunch of the NEW Providoor, Manu Fieldel came on board, bringing his expertise. The Providoor menu was enriched with dishes inspired by his French culinary heritage, adding a touch of gastronomic excellence to Providoor's offerings.
