Cooking Instructions

Oven

Preheat your oven to 160°C and place the meatballs into an oven-proof dish.

Defrosted: Heat for 15 minutes covered, then uncover and heat for an additional 10 minutes until hot.

Frozen: Heat for 25 minutes covered, then uncover. Add in two teaspoons of water, stir, and then heat for an additional 15 minutes until hot.

Carefully remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.

Stove Top

Place the contents into a medium-sized pan. Keep covered throughout.

Defrosted: Place pan on a medium heat, stir occasionally and cook for 10-12 minutes until heated through.

Frozen: Place pan on low heat for 5-6 minutes, gently loosening the frozen contents with a wooden spoon. Add in two teaspoons of water and cook for 20-25 minutes until heated through, stirring occassionally

Serve and enjoy.

Microwave

Defrosted: Pierce the container 2-3 times and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Pierce the container 2-3 times and heat in the microwave for 8-10 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
