Chicken, Cannellini Beans, Olive Oil, Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk) (Pasteurised Cream, Thickeners (400, 500), Mineral Salt (450)), Capers (Capers, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator- Acetic Acid, Vinegar.), Lemon Juice, Shallot, Parsley, Wheat Flour, Garlic, Pepper, Salt.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted.

Reheat in Hot Water

  1. Place a suitably sized pot of water on the stove, bring to the boil and lower to a simmer.
  2. If Defrosted, carefully place the tray into the simmering water (The tray is safe to submerge in water) for 12 minutes, adding in the Cannellini mash after 5 minutes.
  3. If Frozen, carefully place the tray into the simmering water for 18 minutes, adding in the Cannellini mash after 10 minutes.
  4. Be careful removing from the simmering water, to not burn yourself.
  5. Serve & enjoy!
