A southern Thai style curry with Indian influence. Luke Nguyen's Massaman Curry with Sandalwood Nut combines grass-fed beef brisket is slow cooked in galangal, lemongrass & chilli, infused with aromatic spices & sandalwood nut for that added creamy texture. An absolute must try.

Reheat Instructions

1. Stove Top

Defrosted: Pour curry into a medium-size pot and heat on medium for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Frozen: Transfer to a medium-size pot, start on low heat for 4 minutes, then increase to medium and cook for 6-8 more minutes.

Serve and enjoy.

2. Microwave

Defrosted: Pierce film and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Pierce film and heat in the microwave for 10 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

*Reheat instructions are based on standard home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
