Indulge in the creamy and luscious flavours of Justin Narayan’s Dulce de Leche Flan. This decadent dessert is crafted with rich caramelised milk, creating a silky texture that melts in your mouth. Ideal for a sweet ending to any meal, this flan serves two and promises to make any occasion special. 
Ingredients

Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk: (Milk, Sugar, Milk Solids), Sugar, Egg, Egg Yolk, Vanilla Bean, Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

1. Defrost overnight in a fridge.

2. Gently peel back the foil around the edges of the flan.

3. Place your plate on top of the flan.

4. Quickly & confidently flip the tray and plate over together.

5. Gently wiggle the tray to ensure the flan releases smoothly onto the plate.

6. Serve & enjoy!

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
