Ingredients

Lamb, White Breadcrumbs (Whole meal Wheat Flour, Maize Flour, Rye Flour, Canola Oil, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Yeast, Preservatives (282, 262), Colours (102, 122), Vitamin (Thiamin, Folate).), Onion, Milk, Wheat Flour, Egg, Olive Oil, Mint, Oregano, Garlic, Lemon, Sunflower Oil.

Instructions

Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Top Tip: For optimum results, cook from defrosted.

Reheat in Oven

1. Preheat oven to 150°C and remove Keftedes from tray, and place in an oven safe tray. 

2. If Defrosted, heat for 5 minutes covered, increase the temperature to 170°C, and heat for a further 5 minutes, uncovered, until hot.

3. If Frozen, heat for 10 minutes covered, increase the temperature to 170°C, and heat for a further 8 minutes, uncovered, until hot.

4. Carefully remove tray from oven as it will be hot. 

5. Serve and enjoy!

Reheat in Microwave

  1. If Defrosted, heat in microwave for 4 minutes, until hot.
  2. If Frozen, heat in microwave for 8 minutes, until hot.
  3. Serve & enjoy!

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
