Silvia Colloca’s Mediterranean Chicken is a celebration of simple but robust flavours. Free-range chicken is braised in white wine and cherry tomatoes, with olives and capers adding a salty, briny kick. A perfect sharing dish for family dinners or gatherings with friends.

Reheat Instructions

1. Stove Top

Defrosted: Place the contents into a medium-sized pan on medium heat and cook for 10-12 minutes turning the chicken occasionally, and stirring until heated through.

Frozen: Place the contents into a medium-sized pan on low heat for 8 minutes, then increase to medium heat for another 6-8 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, and stirring until heated through.

Serve and enjoy.

2. Oven

Preheat oven to 160°C.

Defrosted: Place contents into an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20 minutes. Then, increase to 190°C and heat uncovered for 5 more minutes.

Frozen: Heat covered for 35 minutes, then increase to 190°C and heat uncovered for 10 more minutes.

Carefully remove, serve, and enjoy.

*Reheat instructions are based on standard home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

It appears that your voucher belongs to the old Providoor, which, unfortunately, is not us. :(

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
