Cooking Instructions

Stove Top

Defrosted: Pour contents into a medium-size pot and heat on medium for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Frozen: Pour contents into medium-size pot, start on low heat for 5 minutes, then increase to medium and cook for 5-7 more minutes.

Serve and enjoy.

Microwave

Snip a small hole in the top of the pouch.

Defrosted: Heat in the microwave for 4-6 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Heat in the microwave for 8-10 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

    Ripping Ragu!

    Top shelf, beautifully balanced mushroom Ragu from MPW. Ordered thinking would probs be ok - but was g r e a t! Pimped it (can't help ourselves), with truffle oil & butter-fried sliced mushrooms & black truffle, served with homemade tagliatelle, garnished with shaved black truffle, pecorino & parsley with a lovely Brunello di Montalcino (just the right bright fruit but high acid to compliment the 'forrest' aspects & play off the ricnesss). TBH - was probs good enough without pimping it! 😂Was a great meal for two on a cold winter's night and wouldn't hesitate to order it again! Delisiozo!

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
