Pairs well with

Add some fresh torn basil leaves to garnish your dish or some finely grated pecorino cheese & boil some tagliatelle, fresh is best, as per the manufacturer’s directions. Toss your meatballs and sauce through the pasta. We recommend 200-250g raw pasta for 2 serves.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave

For best results – defrost thoroughly under refrigeration.

Remove outer packaging.
Pierce film lid or transfer contents to a microwave-safe container.
Heat on HIGH for 5–6 minutes.
Stir sauce and turn meatballs halfway through heating.
Heat for a further 2–3 minutes or until heated through.

Stand for 1 minute.

Stir before serving.

Stove Top

For best results – defrost thoroughly under refrigeration before heating.

Remove outer packaging.
Remove film lid.
Transfer meatballs and sauce to a saucepan.
Heat gently over medium heat for 14–18 minutes.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even heating.

Reduce heat if sauce begins to simmer rapidly.
Heat until meatballs are piping hot throughout.

Serve immediately.

Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
