Cooking Instructions
Stove
Heat Pan:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1-2 tbsp of oil.
Add Gyoza:
Place frozen gyoza flat side down in the pan, leaving space between each.
Sear:
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.Steam: Add 1/4 cup of water, cover with a lid, and let steam for 5-6 minutes until water evaporates.
Crisp:
Remove the lid add a little drizzle of oil and cook for another 1-2 minutes to crisp the bottoms.
Serve:
Transfer to a plate and serve with dipping sauce.

Boil Water:
Fill a pot or steamer base with water and bring it to a boil.
Prepare Steamer:
Line the steamer basket with parchment paper or lightly oil it to prevent sticking.
Add Gyoza:
Place the gyoza in the steamer, ensuring they don’t touch.
Steam:
Cover and steam over boiling water for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked and hot inside.
Serve:
Remove carefully and serve with dipping sauce.
