Reheat Instructions

1. Stove Top

Defrosted: Cook in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning the chicken and stirring occasionally.

Frozen: Cook on low for 8 minutes, then on medium for 5-7 minutes, turning chicken and stirring occasionally.

Cannellini Mash: Pour the mash into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1-2 minutes, remove and stir.

2. Microwave

Defrosted: Pierce the film and place in the microwave. Heat for about 6 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Pierce the film and place in the microwave. Heat for about 12 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

Cannellini Mash: Pour the mash into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1 minute, remove and stir.

Place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds, until fully heated.

*Reheat instructions are based on standard home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

We understand how much the original Providoor meant to many Australians, especially during the challenging times of COVID. It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.

This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
