Cooking Instructions

Stove Top

Defrosted: Cook in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning the chicken and stirring occasionally.

Frozen: Cook on low for 4-6 minutes, gently loosening the frozen contents with a wooden spoon. Then on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning chicken and stirring occasionally.

Cannellini Mash: Pour the mash into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1-2 minutes, remove and stir.

Microwave

Defrosted: Pierce the film and place in the microwave. Heat for about 5-6 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Pierce the film and place in the microwave. Heat for about 8-10 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

Cannellini Mash: Pour the mash into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 1 minute, remove and stir.

Place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds, until fully heated.

Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
