Defrosted: Pour stew into a medium-size pot. Cook on a medium heat for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep covered throughout.
Frozen: Transfer to a medium-size pot and add two tablespoons of water. Start on low heat for 5-6 minutes, gently loosening the frozen contents with a wooden spoon. Increase to medium heat and cook for 12-15 more minutes. Keep covered throughout.
Serve when piping hot and enjoy.
Microwave
Defrosted: Pierce the film, place the tray in the microwave, and heat for about 6 minutes, until hot.
Frozen: Place the tray in the microwave and heat for about 12 minutes, until hot.
Carefully remove, serve, and enjoy.
Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.

However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.
This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
