Silvia Colloca
Marco Pierre White is an English chef, restaurateur, and television personality. In 1995, he became the youngest chef to earn three Michelin stars.
Take your dough out of the fridge about 30–60 minutes before using. Let it come to room temperature — this makes it easier to stretch.
Preheat Your Oven
Crank it up! Heat your oven to its highest setting (usually around 240–250°C / 465–480°F). Place a pizza stone or oven tray inside to heat up too — this helps get a crispy base.
Flour & Stretch
Lightly flour your bench and hands. Take one dough ball and gently stretch it into a round pizza shape (about 10–12 inches wide). Don’t worry about perfection — rustic is beautiful!
Top It Off
Spoon on some of Silvia’s gourmet tomato sauce — not too much — then add your favourite toppings. Less is more for that true Italian balance.
Bake
Carefully slide the pizza onto your hot tray or stone. Bake for 7–10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crisp, and your toppings are bubbling and delicious.

It provided a way to enjoy high-quality meals from beloved restaurants in the comfort of your home. We also understand that some of you may still hold vouchers from the previous iteration of Providoor, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
When the original Providoor, unfortunately, went into administration, we made the decision to purchase the brand because we recognised its significance to so many Australians. Providoor was more than just a business; it was a source of comfort, connection, and joy during tough times. However, while we have revived and rebranded Providoor to focus on delivering gourmet frozen meals from celebrity chefs, we are a completely new company with a different business model and operations.
This means that we do not have any obligation to honour the vouchers issued by the previous company, as those financial liabilities were not transferred to us during the acquisition. We know this may be disappointing news, but please understand that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
