Cooking Instructions

Oven / Microwave

Preheat oven to 160°C.

Defrosted: Microwave the ribs in their sealed pouch for 3 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave, open the pouch, and place the ribs on an oven-safe tray.

Heat in the oven for 10 minutes, until hot.

Frozen: Microwave the ribs in their sealed pouch for 6 minutes.

Carefully remove from the microwave, open the pouch, and place the ribs on an oven-safe tray.

Heat in the oven for 15 minutes, until hot.

Serve and enjoy.

Cooking instructions are based on standard fan forced home ovens, stoves, and microwaves. Cooking times may vary. Always check that the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving. For best results, cook from defrosted.
